For your convenience, I have posted my Office Policies online, which cover the following topics: my training, scope of practice, late/cancellation policies, financial policy, client/therapist relationship, contradindications for treatment, fee schedule (complete fee schedule here), and privacy policy.

If you are visiting my office for the first time, I do ask that you read and complete my new client forms and bring them with you for your appointment.
