We have a limited number of rooms set aside for this class, available on a first-come, first-served basis, so it is strongly encouraged that you make your room reservation as soon as possible!
When reservations are made, the hotel will require a deposit equal to the room rate and tax for the first night for each reservation. An individual’s deposit is refundable to that individual only if the Hotel receives notice of cancellation at least 24 hours before scheduled arrival.
Rooms are available at a contracted rate of $115/night, breakfast included. There will be an extra $15 charge per additional guest, limited to 4 guests per room. The room tax rate is currently at 12.485%.
This rate is available 2 days pre-event and 2 days post-event, so from 9/16/20 – 9/21/20.

The last day to make your reservation at the discounted rate of $115/night is Wednesday, August 19, 2020. After this date, rates may go up and reservations are subject to room availability.
Check-in starts at 4 pm, check-out at 11 am. If you need a later check-out time, please inquire at the front desk on the day of departure.
About the hotel:
The Millennium Harvest House is a historic hotel built in the 1950s. There is a full-service restaurant on-site, Thyme On The Creek.
If you’re feeling adventurous and want to explore the area, you’ll find plenty of dining and shopping options within walking distance. There is a Safeway grocery store just across from the hotel.
The hotel is adjacent to the Boulder Creek Path, a popular path used by locals for walking, biking, and jogging. Follow the Boulder Creek Path west and it will take you to the famous Pearl Street Mall, where you will find a myriad of small local shops and additional dining options.
