How It All Started...

From an early age, I felt a deep pull to understand the universe—how it works, and why we’re here.

I picked up my first Tarot deck at 13 and continued to explore the healing arts and metaphysical work throughout my young adulthood.

After earning my degree in psychology, I trained in Reiki, Crystology, and massage therapy, eventually opening a private practice in Boulder, Colorado.

And then...

In 2010, while navigating chronic lower back pain from a series of injuries, another health challenge emerged—one that shifted everything.

I turned to natural medicine and the healing arts, but nothing I tried seemed to make the difference I was searching for. For over a year, I moved through confusion, despair, and deep uncertainty, trying to understand what was happening and how to find my way back.

the unexpected

When I first encountered the Akashic Records in 2011, something in me settled.

What I found there was not a quick answer, but an unexpected reservoir of peace, unconditional love, and steady wisdom.

Over time, working in the Records brought me into a different relationship with myself—one grounded in stability, compassion, and truth.

As that relationship deepened, so did my capacity to meet my life as it was, rather than constantly trying to change or fix it.

Within months, I began sharing this work with clients in my private practice.

By 2013, I knew I wanted to do more than offer sessions.
I felt called to support others in developing their own relationship with this work—to access it directly, and to trust what they receive.

I completed my Teacher Certification in the Pathway Prayer Process©` with Linda Howe in 2014 and, in 2022, earned the highest level of certification (Premier Elite). That same year, I had the honor of teaching alongside her in the Asia Teacher Training.

Today

Today, my work has expanded, but the heart of it remains the same.

I work across the body, energy, and the Akashic Records—through massage, Reiki, and intuitive guidance—supporting people in deepening their relationship with what they are sensing, experiencing, and coming to know as true.

This work is not about quick answers or surface insight.
It is about learning to listen, to discern, and to stay present with what unfolds—so that clarity can emerge in its own time. I know what it’s like to search for answers, and to slowly learn how to listen instead.

Whether someone arrives through the body, through energy work, or through the Records, the invitation is the same: to come into a more grounded, trusting relationship with themselves and their life.

I’m here as a guide, a practitioner, and a teacher—holding space for that process with presence and integrity.

How I Hold This Work

A grounded, relational approach to healing and guidance.

What Guides My Work

I support people in coming into a more grounded, trusting relationship with themselves—so that healing, clarity, and change can unfold in their own time.

This work meets you where you are, whether through the body, energy work, or the Akashic Records, and supports a return to wholeness that is steady, relational, and deeply human.

How I Show Up

I approach this work with honesty, presence, and respect—for the process, for the work itself, and for each person I sit with.

Even in deep work, there is space for lightness. I value the moments that bring ease, perspective, and a return to joy.

This work begins with meeting what is here—without judgment.

What I've come to trust

I approach this work with a deep respect for the unseen, and for the ways it meets us in our everyday lives.

I’ve come to understand that healing is not always linear, and not always what we expect—but it is always possible.

Again and again, I’ve witnessed that what we experience as obstacles can also become openings—inviting us into greater awareness, compassion, and relationship with ourselves.

Whether through the body, energy work, or the Akashic Records, there is a steady intelligence at work—one that supports, guides, and meets us where we are.

At the heart of this work is a return: to presence, to wholeness, and to a deeper capacity to love.
